PD Series Lifting Bag Discharge Centrifuge

PD Series Lifting Bag Discharge Centrifuge 

Working Principle

PD Series Lifting Bag Discharge Centrifuge is a new centrifuge independently designed and manufactured combining with national conditions. The drive motor can be started stably by clutch or controlled by speed change / governing system, and can transfer power to basket through triangle belt and make basket rotate at a high speed around its own axis and form the centrifugal force field. The materials to be separated enter into basket rotating at a high speed through upper feeding pipes, and materials are evenly distributed on basket wall for centrifuging under the action of centrifugal force field. Liquid phase passes through the gaps between solid-phase material and filter bag, enters basket hole and empty cavity of housing, and is discharged from liquid outlet on bottom plate. The solid phase will be retained in filter bag. After shutting down, open the machine cover (with the help of balance booster in special design), unplug the lock pin of door cover, take out filter cake to designated place for unloading by using special lifting device and one working cycle is completed. The machine cover is armed with washing pipe to wash materials.

Inner cavity of centrifuge is protected by nitrogen gas, fully meeting the closed and explosive-proof requirements. Large machine cover is adopted, which is convenient for unloading. The interlaying space between housing and basket can be completely washed in this way. The mechanical balancer is applied for opening machine cover, which is energy-saving and does not need energy. The supporting variable-frequency program control system can be started stably and designed with program setting (the whole process, including feeding, over-speed, washing and others, is fully automatic) and energy consumption (feedback) brake and free of friction, dust, contamination or heating, making operation safer. The internal and external surface is polished and free of dead angle, and it is smooth and configured with online washing (material washing and machine washing) to realize the optimal washing effect. It's advantaged by strong universality and wide applicable range, and makes grains not easy to be broken. 

Structure Selection 

Cylindrical structure is adopted, and the housing body is welded with whole bottom plate; variable-frequency control system is not configured, but it adopts clutch startup and manual brake mechanism; basket is made of and cut by using all stainless steel; the exhaust port, nitrogen refilling port and other structures are made according to user's requirements.

Material Selection

Due to the anti-corrosion requirement, other relevant materials can be adopted according to customer's requirements, including: SUS316, 316L, 321, 304, titanium products, hastelloy, lining molding, rubber lining, coated with F46, coated with Halar etc. 

Standard Configuration 

PLC+ variable-frequency control, energy consumption brake. The machine is installed with standard filter bag vertical common (or explosive-proof) motor and on-site operation box (or button box), and the motor is designed with safety protective hood and provided with one set of lifting device. 

Standard Structure Form 

The traditional split structure form is applied. The housing cover is fixed with bottom plate by taking fasteners, and housing cover is flanged with housing body and installed with seal strip. The balance cylinder in quick-open structure helps to open cover, and the housing cover is set with feeding pipe, washing pipe, slight glass, observation light, vent port and others. Basket and its cover adopts quick-change structure, and the filter bag is installed on moving basket cover and connected by lock pin, which is safe and reliable with the action of centrifugal force. All components contacting with materials are made of stainless steel, in which plate is made of Q235, the front lining is made of 304 stainless steel while the reverse side is coated with oil paint. 

Configuration Selection 

Oxygen content determination and air renewal system; nitrogen protection system (inspect the pressure in machine and automatically refill it); liquid sealing device for liquid outlet; PLC program control and material layer detection; inclined-bucket asynchronous distributor, online washing device; it is armed with variable-frequency control and adopts feedback brake system; it adopts mobile installation and is configured with shock absorber etc.; other configuration requirements. 

Main Material

The plate is Q235 lined by stainless steel, the basket bottom is HT lined by stainless steel while other parts of basket are made of stainless steel, housing body and cover (including auxiliary products) is made of stainless steel. Bearing block is made of cast steel or cast steel coated by stainless steel externally and the balance spring cylinder is made of Q235.
