GKH Series Siphon Peeler Centrifuge

GKH is designed with the siphonage as similar as vacuum pipe except the functions of common peeler centrifuge. Before feeding, open backflush valve to regenerate the filter medium, and materials are evenly distributed onto filter medium on inner wall of basket by distributor in feeding. Liquid phase passes through filter medium and gaps between internal baskets under the action of centrifugal force, and enters siphon chamber through the basket and through-hole of siphon chamber and finally discharges from siphon pipe. Solid phase is retained on filter medium and forms filter cake. Stop feeding when filter cake layer reaches the set thickness. Next, open the washing valve, soak and wash the filter cake in basket, perform the secondary dewatering after washing, unload materials after dewatering materials for a certain time and fully drying them. Start scraper and solid materials will be scraped and discharged out of machine from discharge pipes, and scraper will retract and enter the next cycle after unloading materials.

Compared with GK model in the same specification, the production capacity can be enhanced for 20%-50%, and the moisture content of filter cake is lower; soak and wash filter cake, the washing effect is better and it consumes less washing agent; the residual filter cake can be effectively removed through backflush and rinsing to regenerate filter cloth; variable-frequency speed governing and PLC control is adopted and electric system, hydraulic system and pneumatic system are configured to realize the whole process automatic control, covering backflush, feeding, separation, washing, dewatering and unloading, which is convenient for use and easy to operate; it can complete backflush, feeding, separation, washing, dewatering, unloading and other operations, and meet the requirement of heavy-load production. 

The fully-closed structural design is adopted and automatic nitrogen refilling system and oxide concentration test system to meet the requirements of separating toxic, hazardous, easily oxidized and inflammable, explosive materials; it is designed with complete test and protection, including door cover locking, host vibration, main bearing temperature, insufficient oil for main bearing lubrication, material level test, scraper and siphon position test, motor over-load protection and others; the tubular (or inclined groove) discharge, screw discharge and others can be selected according to different materials, adaptive to wider material range.

GKH Series Siphon Peeler Centrifuge is mainly used to separate suspension containing fine and medium-grain particles, such as: starch, sodium ascorbate, potassium chloride, hydrazine hydrate, sodium cyanide, sodium bicarbonate, lithium carbonate, iminodiacetonitrile, glyphosate, MBS resin, curing agent, calcium carbonate, cephalosporin, ammonium sulfate etc. It serves in food industry, petrochemical engineering, salt chemical engineering, pharmacy, lithium battery new energy and other industries.
