The main components are supported on a frame through bearing assembly, and the machine is mainly composed of rotating mechanism, discharging mechanism, frame, bearing assembly, basket, push plate, filter cloth and screen, casing, etc. The electrical control box is a separate system, and the electrical control cabinet is installed in the electrical control room. The on-site operation box is installed in a suitable position near the centrifuge.
HRJ two-stage mechanical pusher centrifuges are supported on a base plate through bearing seat assembly and mainly composed of a gearbox, a pusher mechanism, a base plate, bearing seat assembly, baskets, screens, casing and other components. Compared with traditional pusher centrifuges, the model eliminates the hydraulic drive mechanism and adopts a slider-crank mechanism as the drive. The rotating assembly is connected to the rotor motor pulley through V-belts. The electric control box is a separate system, and the electric control cabinet is installed in the electric control room. The on-site operation box is installed in a suitable position near the centrifuge.
GKM ‘through-the-wall’ peeler centrifuge is mainly suitable for the solid-liquid separation of toxic, flammable, explosive and low viscosity slurries, and food and pharmaceutical industries that require high cleanliness. It also meets the needs of aseptic processing and is used in separation processes for typical pharmaceuticals such as cephalosporin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, refined VC, and other intermediates or products.
GKH-NL models have not only all the design features of GK(H) centrifuges but also the integrated design of the driving motor, the transmission system, and the vibration isolation system so that the centrifuges may occupy small footprint. The machine is installed on an integrated carbon steel inertia plate, which eliminates various tedious works caused by the on-site construction of the traditional concrete inertia plate so that its installation would be easier. The carbon steel inertia plate is supported by special spring and damper elements, with the vibration isolation efficiency being up to 90-95%.
