The centrifuge starts and automatically accelerates to the predetermined speed. The feed valve is opened, and the suspension to be separated enters the inlet distributor of the scroll conveyor through a stationary inlet tube and is accelerated smoothly into the bowl.

It adopts novel design and quick-loading lifting bag discharge method, which is convenient, quick and energy-saving for operation. The fully-enclosed structural design improves working environment, avoids cross contamination of separated materials and conforms to requirements of GMP specification. Inner cavity of centrifuge is protected by nitrogen gas, fully meeting the closed and explosive-proof requirements.

When the centrifuge is running at full speed, the suspension to be separated is fed through a feed pipe into a conical filter assembly installed on the outer basket.
