HRJ two-stage mechanical pusher centrifuges are supported on a base plate through bearing seat assembly and mainly composed of a gearbox, a pusher mechanism, a base plate, bearing seat assembly, baskets, screens, casing and other components. Compared with traditional pusher centrifuges, the model eliminates the hydraulic drive mechanism and adopts a slider-crank mechanism as the drive. The rotating assembly is connected to the rotor motor pulley through V-belts. The electric control box is a separate system, and the electric control cabinet is installed in the electric control room. The on-site operation box is installed in a suitable position near the centrifuge.

HR two-stage pusher centrifuges are supported on a frame through bearing assembly and mainly composed of oil pump assembly, pusher mechanism, frame, bearing assembly, basket, screen, and casing. For the 280/400/500 series, an oil cooler is installed inside the oil tank of the frame and the pump assembly is supported by the frame, with the oil pump inserted into the oil tank. For the 630/800/1000 series, an external oil cooler is used. The rotating assembly is connected to the rotor motor pulley through V-belts. The electric control box is a separate system, and the electric control cabinet is installed in the electric control room. The on-site operation box is installed in a suitable position near the centrifuge.

HY series centrifuge is mainly composed of casing, feed assembly, basket, screen, pusher mechanism, frame, bearing seat assembly, motor, oil pump, cooler, and other components. Suspension is separated and dewatered in a basket. The oil pump pressure causes the pusher mechanism to move forward and backward. The cooler is installed in the oil tank to cool the hydraulic oil fully. The casing, bearing seat assembly, motor, and others are installed on the frame to make the machine very compact.

When the centrifuge is running at full speed, the suspension to be separated is fed through a feed pipe into a conical filter assembly installed on the outer basket.
