GKM ‘through-the-wall’ peeler centrifuge is mainly suitable for the solid-liquid separation of toxic, flammable, explosive and low viscosity slurries, and food and pharmaceutical industries that require high cleanliness. It also meets the needs of aseptic processing and is used in separation processes for typical pharmaceuticals such as cephalosporin, chloramphenicol, erythromycin, refined VC, and other intermediates or products.

GKH-NL models have not only all the design features of GK(H) centrifuges but also the integrated design of the driving motor, the transmission system, and the vibration isolation system so that the centrifuges may occupy small footprint. The machine is installed on an integrated carbon steel inertia plate, which eliminates various tedious works caused by the on-site construction of the traditional concrete inertia plate so that its installation would be easier. The carbon steel inertia plate is supported by special spring and damper elements, with the vibration isolation efficiency being up to 90-95%.

The installation workload of the machine is greatly reduced, and during installation, only simple leveling, piping, and power connecting are needed to meet the operation requirements.

GK horizontal peeler centrifuges are mainly composed of the rotating components that include the perforated basket and its shaft, driving system, the inertia block system (NL configuration), hydraulic system, pneumatic system, and electrical control system. The peeled filter cake can be discharged from the centrifuge through an inclined chute or a horizontal screw conveyor, etc.
